A guided journal for exploring (and expelling!) all the things that irk you, annoy you, turn you off, and make you squirm.

What happens when you get the ick? Well, you can revel in your utter disgust or... you can write that nasty stuff down and let it go!

The Ick Journal is the perfect companion to carry you through any day, giving you space to record all the icks and then find your way to ick-freedom. Endlessly funny with an eye-catching design that prominently features the word "ICK" on the cover and plenty of space to record your strong feelings inside, here is a nonjudgemental outlet for getting out your grievances, whether about your partner, coworker, neighbor, or anyone or anything else that gives you the ick.
